Kitamura Mycenter-HX500G (2)
A #50 taper horizontal machining center with 34” x 31” x 36” travel. The system runs at 12,000 RPM. It has a 50 tool magazine and coolant through the spindle. It has 500mm pallet allowing larger work envelope size and stroke. This center has positioning accuracy of +/- 0.000078”/full stroke, repeatability at +/-0.00039” and a full 4th axis rotary table for 360 degree cutting capability.

A horizontal machining center with 22″ x 22″ x 26″ travel and max. workpiece diameter/height of 24.8″/35.4″. The 20,000 RPM/34.7 HP AC motor-driven spindle provides high velocity metal removal. In addition, the 2,362 IPM rapids and cutting allow for very efficient machining. These horizontals also offer lightning-quick 8.0 second pallet change time with a standard full 4th axis rotary table. The 240-tool magazine, 2.2 chip-to-chip tool change time and 1,000 PSI thru spindle coolant gives us great flexibility for tool options and versatility.

The 60-tool magazine and 2.8 chip-to-chip tool change time gives us great flexibility for tool options and versatility.
