Trulife Engineered Solutions machining department has over 30 CNC machines running on multiple concurrent shifts. Our significant capacity allows us to take on a variety of large projects.

We work aggressively to minimize cycle time and reduce costs. Through the use of advanced G Code optimization, macro programming and high speed machining techniques, we aim to machine your parts faster with our ISO 9001 and AS9100 Rev. D quality management certifications ensuring a consistently high standard in our output.

Trulife Engineered Solutions is fully CATIA and Solidworks capable. Our programming is also done using the latest MasterCam software. Changes are automatically integrated and updated throughout the manufacturing process. Working directly from customers 3-D data, we can provide “modeled” or designed components, saving time and reducing costs.
